This week we sit down with Ben Kenyon, Director of Performance for the Philadelphia 76er's to talk about his BURN.
Success does not happen by accident. Ben Kenyon knows that all too well. His "hustle inspiration" started years ago as he put in the work, sometimes even sleeping on the floor, as an unpaid Strength and Conditioning intern at University of Florida. Fast forward to 2023, now he is responsible for helping to improve the performance of elite athletes in the NBA as the Philadelphia 76ers Director of Performance. In his book Climb, Kenyon shares the secrets that allowed him to navigate challenges and successfully climb in his career that spans nearly two decades. His personal stories, action plan to level up his life, plus experiences from the best athletes, coaches and leaders will influence you to keep climbing towards your goals.
