Welcome back to Mind Over Motherhood! This week I'm sharing a re-release of an episode from the last session that really resonated with many of you, and it's especially important to listen to this time of year with holidays here and more time spent among family. This re-play from season 2 is all about how to talk to your family about your mental health in a way that is meaningful and vulnerable but also protects you and your feelings.

I'm having a lot of conversations with women in my community this time of year, about how to vulnerable share about our mental health and authentically connect with the people that we love and with our family members. It can be a really hard conversation to have, but it's one that can also be really impactful on you and your relationships. So if you're taking this holiday season to bravely share with your family about your mental health and to break the facade of perfectionism, this episode is for you.
