Jacqueline sits down again with Chicago based therapist, Lisa Butler. Lisa discusses some of the specialties she deals with in her practice, as well as other important mental health issues in the Black community. Lisa firmly believes that emotional and mental wellness are the keys to a powerful and fulfilling life. In this episode, she also points out the stigma around therapy and mental health that seems to be disappearing. She talks about why Black people are more willing now than ever to prioritize their mental health and wellness, and why it can be life changing.
