Monica Gold is a FIERY, energetic Canadian dancer, choreographer, content creator and the Founder of Find Your Fierce (FYF). FYF is a dance & fitness company known for its empowering dance choreography and signature Cardio Party classes best described as Zumba meets Beyonce on a Triple Shot Espresso. That means RIDICULOUS ENERGY, and a heck of a lot of sweat! The power of social media brought Monica a dedicated following of fans and participants leading Monica to become a major force in the dance world. If you scroll her feed of endless videos you'll get lost in a sea of good vibes and girl power, characteristics which brought on collaborations with record labels Sony Music Entertainment, Warner Music Group, and Universal Music Group. Her classes and influence have also led to partnerships with fitness giants Asics, Skechers, Reebok and Canadian retailer Urban Planet. Beyond that she has lent her voice and talents to numerous non-profit female focused groups across the city advocating the mental health benefits associated with dance. She looks forward to continuing to use her content, influence and voice to positively impact all the people, and specifically the women and young girls it reaches.
