"Hi! Are you ready for radical self-love? I’m a self-doubt eliminator and story recreator who guides people that deserve to have incredible relationships with themselves. Creating them with love and kindness, not criticism.
Throughout the years, I’ve helped thousands of individuals honor their commitment to self-love and level up the way they experience and see themselves.
It all starts here by using a holistic approach that includes: mindset tools, making love an action, and being true to yourself.
I’ve been obsessed with the joy and potential of self-love for as long as I can remember. Being the go-to person for all of my buddies to discuss and brainstorm solutions to life struggles since those blissful teenage years.
When I’m not helping people enhance their self-love and connections, you can find me having dance parties to Taylor Swift or EDM and reading all the books on Amazon.
What lead Stephanie to start Beautifully Changed?
Violence. Yep, violence, abuse, and hate. They make my heart and insides ache. Tears flood my face when I hear about something or see something cruel. My heart literally hurts.
And I wanted to do something to be part of the solution. I want to end hate. I want to end violence. I want to end abuse. And this cannot be done by focusing on the problem. That will only create more of the problem."
