Ethan Getchell is a passionate advocate for men's mental health and a therapist in training.
In this episode, Ethan shares the story of his brother’s suicide, and how that tragic event inspired him to shift the direction of his career and focus on mental health.
During the conversation we discuss the silent nature of men's depression, the importance of therapy in the grieving process, and the challenges and rewards of pivoting careers toward mental health advocacy.
