Danielle Bernock is an award-winning, faith-based author, speaker and personal coach who is passionate about helping those of us who are 50 and older live courageous, victorious, and vibrant lives. Danielle shares her story of surviving childhood trauma. She tells us that childhood trauma is an epidemic and adults often diminish it or fail to recognize how it has affected their lives. Often, unhealthy coping leads to alcoholism or drug addiction. She is the author of 5 books including Emerging with Wings: A True Story of Lies, Pain and the Love that Heals and Because You Matter. On her website, she offers a free trauma assessment as well as a 7-day challenge and coaching, speaking, and workshop opportunities.
