Today's episode features the co-owner of one of America's last remaining lesbian bars, Christa Suppan of the Lipstick Lounge in Nashville, TN. She is also an insightful, gracious, and tenacious business owner who is one to the leaders of the Nashville LGBTQIA+ community. Many Queers find the Lipstick Lounge to be home. Why is she tenacious? She has kept her bar open for over twenty years through tornados, floods, and the global pandemic.
We are so grateful to have her on our very first show.
