This was such a fun discussion with Stephan as we reminisced and dissected our high school years (1989-1992) in regards to sports conditioning then and now, the legendary windowless basement weight room, jamming to Van Halen, achieving the first "pump" (with Girbaud jeans), the return of bodybuilding icon Albert Beckles and much more. In this chat we discovered that high school was the first time we really trained with definite, clear cut goals in mind which revved up our desire to incorporate some kind of conditioning into our lives every single day.
