Today I’m talking about saying goodbye to a horse – whether it’s due to selling or rehoming them, the end of a lease, life-ending health issues, or any other reason. I talk about my recent experience saying goodbye to my son’s care-lease Quarter pony, as well as a horse we had to put down a couple of years ago. I talk about what I’ve learned related to our feelings when saying goodbye to the horses in our lives, and how to navigate these experiences.
