And in addition to being the leader of the world's largest study of emotional intelligence, called State of the Heart, he has also published six validated assessments, 5 books, and an incredible library of business cases and articles.

The organization eventually grew into having programs in 150 countries from people of different unions, sectors, and companies now certified in using their methods and tools.
