In this podcast edition Tony talks about "Universal Flow" and how so many people energetically want to be in control of it. So many times when things are too easy we make it more difficult or complicated. Spirit covers the concept of pretending to be a leaf in a stream floating by letting the stream take you where you need to go. When you decide to go into a completely different direction that the Universal flow your life is miserable.
Tony channels many examples of why we are having such a hard time with dealing with depression and other forms of mental illness. We as humans tend to want to be "in control" however we don't know where we are going. The Universe does know but is always willing to give over the wheel if you insist on driving.
