In today’s episode, I had the opportunity to talk with Terry Beard of Find Your Voice Communications an organization dedicated to empowering individuals and organizations by instilling confidence in communication, fostering authentic leadership, and unleashing untapped potential. Terry is also the Co-Founder of The Speakers Alliance, an organization with a mission to help people gain the self-confidence necessary for successful business leadership and to attain life’s most important goals.
What I appreciate about our time together is hearing Terry’s journey from having his voice taken from him at a young age to being a passionate advocate in helping others find theirs.
