Our God is the ultimate example of self-control. But self-control is so lacking in our society today! It can be extremely difficult and frustrating as a Christian today to keep the fruit of self-control in our minds and hearts. BUT we need to stand firm in this aspect of our faith. Discover the joy of self-control in this week’s episode!

“Finally, dear brothers and sisters, we urge you in the name of the Lord Jesus to live in a way that pleases God, as we have taught you. Then each of you will control his own body and live in holiness and honor— not in lustful passion like the pagans who do not know God and his ways.
