Setting pricing guidelines (I’m just starting out), keeping in mind that it is harder to raise rates after being established and you don’t want to race anyone to the bottom. How do you determine what is flat rate compared to time & material?
If you are a residential break fix just starting out, what should you have in place from the get-go and what can wait until you’re more established? (RMM, AV, backup, ticketing, tools, etc…) It’s easy to get overwhelmed with all of the great suggestions.
