In this epidose, Dr. Jeanne Frenzel shares with us her experience with and insights about ungrading - a process to de-emphasize grades, scores, ratings, and rankings while increasing student motivation toward mastery. It's human nature to compare ourselves to others, but the most important comparison is to our past performance and achieving our personal best.
