And so when that was taken away from me, you know, I went into a tailspin. And when the doctor gave me a life sentence of never living life. You know, out of a wheelchair again, it, uh, it devastated

Exercise in my mind, I could, I was exercising, I was doing leg extensions, leg squats, leg presses, and leg curls and even watching myself walk down the road and some of the heaviest liftings I've ever done is in between my ears and that's, and that's, you know, going back to the very, very beginning. I come rolling out on stage and I address the elephant in the room about how good-looking I am.

I made it to the door and it took me 30 minutes to get there and I turned around to my grandmother. I'm like, help. And she's like, I'm in a lazy boy. Can't help you. So I had to come back to her to get to my wheelchair. Um, it, that took me an hour to get back. So round trip was an hour and a half just to go 20 feet.
