Max seems to have an addiction—flour addiction—though Nancy thinks he’s in denial! Luckily, he’s found a foolproof design to recover from his [alleged] flour addiction: knowledge, skill, environment, and motivation. You see, Francis Bacon did not lie when he said knowledge is power—but we also have to know how to use that knowledge, be in the right place, and have the right health goals and be disciplined enough to achieve them.
