In this episode we go through all of the different possibilities of how a partner (your husband, boyfriend, girlfriend, mom or sister) can help you through all different stages of labor: from early labor at home, through the car ride to the hospital or birth center, active labor, pushing and immediate postpartum.

A great episode to listen with your partner and be able to have open conversations about options and goals before labor even begins.

Remi also explains some lessons she learned from having two families with three kids, ages 2 months, 1 year and 3 year olds, live with them for a week! A great preview of realistic expectations.

Enjoy!
