Today I'm debunking 10 strength training myths that I hear time and time again in JGFG. As you know, I am 100% in favor of safely lifting weights in all seasons of life, but depending on who you talk to you might get other (not so encouraging) opinions. I believe strength training is not just about building muscle. It's a holistic approach to health that benefits your mind, body, soul, and everything in between!

This week, I challenge you to reconsider some of the things you've been told about strength training. Do your own research or message me to chat about what is best for your specific fitness journey!
