In this podcast we cover the evolving evidence that low carbohydrate diets are not going to kill you in the ways that we keep getting told. We also look at the 1 year impact of even mild covid and look at what form your carbohydrate needs to be in mid race (spoiler - it does not really matter as long as you can tolerate it).
