The main discussion focusses on the practice of cycling carbs, and calorie shifting.
Cycling carbs basically means increasing and decreasing the amount of carbohydrates you take in per day, depending on your training.
Calorie shifting is where instead of holding a deficit - the total calories taken in daily is "zig zagged", for example for certain periods you'd follow a lower calorie plan, then increase the calories for a short time, similar to a re-feed. We discuss the pros and cons of these methods.
