The Threads of Belief

This is a deep subject. One that I have visited before, and one that I will visit again. Because it is truly the basis of our reality. Beliefs contain thoughts and emotions. These flow and grow and therefore eventually manifest physically in various ways in each of our lives. They can be full of love, or full of hate. You can think of them as vines that grow around your tree of life.. These can be vines that are full of flowers and beauty and that support their environment, or they can be vines full of thorns and that choke out any life in their vicinity. Which vines do you want to grow? ( This is similar to the concept of your mind garden)
So we have to take each vine, each thread of belief and see where they go, see what the source of these beliefs are and examine them deeply. Do they serve our highest good? Or are they created out of fear? Perhaps an idea that came from outside of you?
We have to really dig deep here. Our society is based off beliefs that are thousands of years old. But just because tradition has been doing something for a long time it doesn't mean it's the right or the most efficient. Where do we draw the lines of supporting our culture but at the same time allowing ourselves to evolve spiritually both on an individual and collective level. Not an easy answer.
But I do know that when we operate from a place of love, a place of compassion, that we will all come together and form balanced solutions that will serve everyone's highest good. Because when we come together, we operate in the frequency of love which is where real magic lives.
