Have you ever heard of the time management technique called 'time boxing?' There Is a good chance you have heard of, or even tried 'time blocking.' Well, this method Is different and happens to be my ACTUAL way of planning my daily schedule as a work-from-home mom with alot on my plate.

This has been a great time management method for myself as someone who struggles with things like procrastination, focus, multi-tasking too much, perfectionism, and just overall so many distractions from caring for young children as a SAHM.

I want to Introduce you to this concept today, so you can evaluate If It Is a method that may work to simplify your daily schedule as well.
