On Monday’s Mark Levin Show, today was the official Constitutional certification of Donald Trump as President after he won a landslide victory. But there was no peaceful transfer of power yet – from this moment forward the Democrat party is looking to sabotage Trump’s presidency just as they did in 2016. Later, Judge Juan Merchan says he'll sentence Trump this Friday because all the left wants is to call Trump a convicted criminal. Merchan has lit a match to the supremacy clause and the electoral system. He has interfered in the Constitutional process like no other Judge and some say there's nothing we can do to fight back. We have common law writ. Afterward, why are we attacking Elon Musk over H-1B visas? He helped Trump win the presidency. Before that, he took over Twitter which was the enemy of the people and he exposed them. Why wouldn’t we want the best and brightest from other countries coming into America legally? On Wednesday’s Mark Levin Show, Sen Chuck Schumer and his Senate Democrats are declaring that they will shut down the federal government and they do so to protest the elimination of waste, fraud, and abuse. They do so because they want higher inflation and more massive debt. They are prepared to stop funding Medicaid, food stamps, children's lunch programs, etc., at the direction of their radical leftwing base! They don’t want to cut anything - they want to add - more billions out the door to their radical left-wing groups. The Democrat Party represents Washington D.C. and the massive bureaucracy. Later, Federal Democrat judges are out of control, and we are living under a judicial tyranny where they are creating their own power. Judge Beryl Howell blocked what was deemed an 'unlawful' President Trump order that targeted a law firm that had represented the Hillary Clinton campaign. The Judge does not actually possess the authority to make such a ruling. Also, suppressing the free speech, academic freedom, mobility, and education of others (Jewish students) through threats, intimidation, violence, organized mobs, barriers, face-coverings, chants of annihilation, bullhorns, trespassing, graffiti on public buildings, etc. is not, and never has been a protected 1st amendment right. And if you’ve helped organize any part of this, you’re obviously complicit. Mahmoud Khalil is a Hamas-supporting thug and should be deported. There’s precedent for the Trump lawyers dealing with the Hamas-Nazi rioters and other "protesters," but this was used against Jews living in Judea and Samaria, who had not threatened anyone in their own country let alone in the U.S., and none of these phony 1st amendment frauds said a damn thing. On Tuesday’s Mark Levin Show, the House passed a continuing resolution that proposes slashing non-defense spending by $13 billion while aiming to avert a government shutdown. Representative Thomas Massie voted against it, he should recognize the importance of prudence in deciding when to vote "yes" or "no." The bill has advanced to the Senate, where Sen Lisa Murkowski will most likely oppose it, most likely due to her ties to the teachers' union. Also, this is a liberation day for education; the Department of Education announced a reduction in workforce by almost half following a closure notice. Ronald Reagan tried to slash the size of the Education Department, but Senate Republicans blocked him. The Department is utterly unnecessary, was the brainchild of the teachers' unions and the Democrat Party, and has done nothing effective to improve education throughout our country. Better to block grant funds to the states, run the Pell Grant program and other such statutorily based programs out of a much smaller entity, and promote school choice for America's parents and children. Finally, the Democrat party, the Democrat activist judges, the Democrat media and the Hitler youth are coming to the defense of Mahmoud Khalil. His activist group, CUAD perceives itself as a “revolutionary force working toward the destruction of the United States and Israel.” It sounds exactly like Hamas’ mission statement. However, an Obama-appointed judge stepped in to rescue this non-student, green-card-holding activist, who supports overseas terrorist organizations and shouldn’t even be on Columbia’s campus—or in the U.S.—given his actions and affiliations. Khalil leads Columbia United Apartheid Divest (CUAD), a radical group that backs terrorist organizations like Hamas and Hezbollah. The Associated Press is attempting to portray him as a victim, but he’s far from it. Has he ever spoken out against the slaughter of minorities in Syria? Later, why is the U.S. dealing with Qatar? It’s about time the media asked: Who does Qatar influence? Who’s receiving their money? Qatar is the enemy and it’s at the center of a massive scandal in which it has bought off media, politicians, think tanks, law firms, lobbyists and businessmen. It all must be exposed. Additionally, Eric Trump joins the program to discuss his lawsuit against Capital One for cutting ties with the Trump Organization in 2021. He argues the decision was solely based on the Trump name and pledges to hold the bank accountable. Also, a study reveals Medicaid made $1.1 trillion in improper payments over the past decade. Democrats aim for one-party rule and may shut down the government as a tactical move to win a larger political war. Rather than protecting citizens, they seek to exploit people and their jobs. Finally, It’s unsurprising that Mark believes the U.S. shouldn’t negotiate with terrorists, as they follow no rules and don’t wage war like a traditional army. He is pressuring Russia and Ukraine to negotiate an end to their war with sanctions and diplomacy, while simultaneously threatening Iran if it does not agree to a nuclear deal. Domestically, he is taking a strong stance against antisemitic university protestors. The Trump administration is taking actions that the Biden administration wouldn’t. We see Hitler youth antisemitism in the streets, and Trump is stepping up to address it. The Trump administration has canceled $400 million in grants and contracts to Columbia University due to "inaction in the face of persistent harassment of Jewish students." Also, over the last seven or eight years, China has significantly muscled up and is now a serious force. Billions of dollars have been spent on everything except the U.S. military, but Trump will fix that. Later, it’s fine to have people with strong opinions, but the hosts on The View are unhinged radicals. They constantly cross the line, with Sunny Hostin leading the pack as the worst offender. ABC News apparently has no issue with her calling for people to fight and die. Hostin needs to be fired for pushing violence like that. Finally, Kevin McCarthy calls in to explain that the Democrats are in chaos, fighting an internal civil war with no clear leader in the House, even after the election. In California, Gavin Newsom’s presidential ambitions have him clashing with the party by opposing men in women’s sports, fueling the divide. Also, the border issue is rarely discussed anymore, which highlights the remarkable impact of Trump’s actions in less than six weeks. Illegal border crossings have dropped significantly, as people are no longer even attempting to enter unlawfully. Despite repeated claims that bipartisan legislation was necessary to secure the border, Trump proved those assertions—made by Democrats—were false by addressing the issue single-handedly. Democrats were so desperate to allow as many illegal immigrants as possible into the country to alter the electorate in their favor. For the Democratic Party, their own power takes precedence over the nation’s interests. The fact that she held a position with a massive company is an embarrassment. Trump revokes Biden's arms policy towards Israel, also, reform Jewish organizations have united to oppose Mike Huckabee’s confirmation as U.S. Ambassador to Israel. Their problem is that Huckabee has strong pro-Israel, pro-American, and pro-Christian stances. These opposing groups are merely left-wing Democratic organizations masquerading as religious ones. There are two views of law: Republicans uphold a just, principle-based law rooted in natural rights and Judeo-Christian values that strengthen culture and family, while Democrats favor a power-driven, arbitrary law that disregards the Constitution and seeks to control society, breaking generational bonds. Also, President Trump’s idea of selling U.S. citizenship for $5 million could generate revenue rather than burden resources like hospitals and schools, which the left tolerates with open borders. President Trump's proposed minerals deal would massively benefit both the U.S. and Ukraine. We'd gain access to billions, maybe trillions, in rare earth minerals and metals from Ukraine, boosting American businesses and jobs there. Ukraine would get huge investment and revenue in return. On Wednesday’s Mark Levin Show, there are two views of law: Republicans uphold a just, principle-based law rooted in natural rights and Judeo-Christian values that strengthen culture and family, while Democrats favor a power-driven, arbitrary law that disregards the Constitution and seeks to control society, breaking generational bonds. Also, President Trump’s idea of selling U.S. citizenship for $5 million could generate revenue rather than burden resources like hospitals and schools, which the left tolerates with open borders. While millionaires would still need vetting, this outside-the-box proposal doesn’t cheapen citizenship—unlike unchecked immigration—and deserves serious exploration. Later, the left is upset that Jeff Bezos is setting the editorial direction for his own paper, hoping to save it, and that direction appears to be toward liberty and prosperity, something they hate. Let’s hope he succeeds in this, despite the howls of the hate America crowd. Afterward, what is liberty? It’s a very important question because it relates to spending and the size of government. The word liberty is never used by the left. Democrats do not embrace the circle of liberty. Finally, Stephen A Smith calls in to explain that James Carville got upset when he pointed out that the Democrats are a mess. They have no national voice to carry the party right now.
