For many years I struggled with feelings of unworthiness, and it has impacted my confidence and self-esteem. So I turned to mindfulness and meditation eight years ago and decided to make meditation one of my daily rituals.
As a result, I learned to let go of negative self-talk and develop a more profound sense of self-worth.
I have recorded this guided meditation to help you cultivate self-worth. You will focus on releasing negative self-talk, recognizing your worth, and embracing self-love.
Find a quiet space where you can listen without any distractions. Close your eyes and do breathing exercises as you let all the affirmations sink into your spirit.
Listen to it every day for the next 21 days, and you will experience
results.
Remember that self-worth is a journey; with regular practice, you will learn to embrace and live with deep confidence and self-love.
