Episode 17 - Authority 30 day experiment

Happy New Year! In this Episode, I invite you to join me in a 30 day experiment on Authority.
Questions to ask yourself:
*When (in the past) have I made a decision and it didn’t turn out so well?
*What was I doing right before I made that decision?
*What was I feeling?
*When (in the past) have I made a decision that turned out awesome?
*What was I doing right before making that decision?
*How was I feeling?
For the next 7days or more, when you have some time to yourself, take 1-2 minutes to scan your body from head to toe. Don’t judge yourself for what you are feeling, and don’t assign meeting to it. Just FEEL it.
Move your body in a way that feels good, and pay attention to how that feels.

If you are very new to Human Design, then I highly recommend scheduling an basic unpack with me, to learn the basics of Human Design. Then follow along with the podcast to begin your experiment.
