This episode was with my dear friend Fernando Borreda. Hailing from Spain, we met at Burning Man in 2018.
Many conversations that you see online have silent gaps cut to optimize for time, but it's in those spaces that the share, the concept, the experiences are digested. Fernando embodies that, in real time. He 'does not just see the label, he taste's the wine'. He calls me out during the podcast as an invitation for everyone to consider when they are speaking from the mind, how to return back to the heart.
He shares his story of how this became apparent & undeniable for him, and how important pause to appreciate the simplicities of day to day, especially relational, improves the taste of life and the depth of love.
