This is a new series from KayDee Talks to promote digital health among our listeners. Mobiles aka Cellphones have become an integral part of our life. The transformation of mobile usage from luxury to necessity is very astonishing. The very character of being a necessity has given a great advantage to the mobiles to play multiple roles in our day to day activities. All together our daily usages have transformed into addiction due to the fact that there is enormous content that can be consumed from our mobiles. The saddest part is that most of the mobile users are addicted to using mobile phones and they are not even aware of that. This episode has briefly discussed the issues related to mobile usage and addiction to give a general perspective.
