Look at your Facebook feed, how do you feel?
What you put out on the internet comes right back at you. If you are full of joy, your Facebook feed will be full of cute cat memes and funny dances.
If you are full of fear then your Facebook feed will be things that make you angry or fearful.
The algorithms that exist are there to get you engaged on their platform. The best way to make you feel engaged is to make you feel emotions. And just like your real-life vibration, they also know that the more "negative" emotions get the best engagement.
