What are different motivations to run a business operation? : Hitechies Podcast
Manage episode 287661362 series 2896244
I have been inviting a lot of entrepreneurs and leaders and talk to them on various topics. Largely the topic centered around entrepreneurship digital transformation and the use of technology and so forth.
Today I thought I would go solo and share some of my learnings of my own.
By reflecting on the things that I've learned so far just by listening to entrepreneurs and leaders who took part in the podcast.
Because I get a lot of questions from upcoming entrepreneurs and I thought I could create a summary of different topics. And I will be publishing a few short podcast sessions just dedicating to those particular topics. I hope you will like it.
For today's session, I would like to maybe focus today more on motivation.
Like many of you, motivation to me comes from being able to do the things that I loved doing from deep inside. Along with being curious being a fool and learning from people.
That keeps me alive and I wake up every day just to do that.
The covid 19 pandemic has changed the way we all run our businesses. The thing that didn’t change is what makes us motivated. We are still doing the same thing but within the confined boundary. Maybe we have taken a different route but still, find our motivation on the things that we love doing the most.
While talking to entrepreneurs what I realize is everyone has their motivation and specific triggers that set them apart from each other. There are similar traits that make them entrepreneurs. Whats separates them is the value that they believe in.
You may have the motivation to make a lot of money by running a business operation. For some, it's about creating a solution so that more people can benefit from it. They wake up every morning to see how many people’s lives can be affected by their solution.
