Productivity Yes But at the cost of what?
COVID 19 changed the way we live and work. Our relationship with other humans and the value that we believe in. The dynamics around the work culture have changed immensely. There is a big realization now within the company’s culture as well. What is important to me to keep my life-sustaining versus burning myself to please others. Are you a people pleaser?
In the highest Consciousness employees are able to separate what is important and what is not.
Happiness has a price and the price sometimes has a profound impact on how we see the relationship with our livelihood.
Do you believe that your happiness is more important than your own security?
Productivity comes from doing the things you love doing the most. Not form pleasing others and hoping they would recognize your own productivity.
