He earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1996; and was in private chiropractic practice in Iowa for ten years, using various therapeutic lasers. Dr. Phil’s passion for publicizing the power of therapeutic laser use in a variety of clinical settings has created a demand for his now thriving speaking career and has led him to become a sought-after national and international lecturer on the subjects of photobiomodulation science, physiology, science, safety and clinical applications.
