Sports fanatic and the life of the party type of guy Nathan openly speaks about his mental health and dealing with depression, anxiety, and suicidal thoughts. Having experienced those dark days Nathan is now very passionate about helping and supporting others by sharing his story and being involved in charity events around mental health and the ‘Got you for life’ organisation.
Nathan and his best mate Luke launched their own podcast called @skipthispodcast to share Nathan’s journey around mental health. They kicked it off in April 2020 has had some incredible guests on since, so have a listen!!
