One thing ends and another begins – but this is the space in between.
Before the new season of The Recalling begins, these bite sized episodes will live in the void, but they are much more. They are an index of creatures that surround us, monsters with no names, angels with no wings, the folklore that folklore forgot. Each short episode will introduce you to the things under your bed and in your closet.
What makes them even more special is that they feature the podcasts listeners themselves. Sailing on the raft of their curiosity, they’ve asked me to tell them what lurks in the shadows around them where they live. If you’ve ever told yourself there’s nothing there, that you’re alone, that there’s nothing to be scared of, all while the hairs on the back of your neck beg to differ, then perhaps you should reach out to me and ask.
In this short episode, @HappyTigerMan requests my assistance in finding out about strange or unknown creatures in Allegany county, NY. I am reminded of a particularly strange and vicious species that calls the land inside these man made boarders home - and it is one that everyone should know about - and avoid.
