Healing from trauma and pain isn't all that different from growing. The two go hand in hand. Even when we feel as though we are taking three steps backward as we are forced to slow down while we grieve, God is preparing the soil of our hearts for something incredible. Today one of my Get Planty students, Hannah Underwood, joins me for such a heartfelt and genuine conversation about this very topic.
