Prof. Claire Collins has been Chief Operating Officer for 14 months now, succeeding Dermot Folan in the ICGP's pivotal role at a time of huge expansion and change in the College. Most people in the College knew Claire as the Director of Research, a role she held for 18 years. In this interview she gives her insights into the challenges of the new role and how she addresses them.
