Episode 124 welcomes health and nutrition expert, Dr. Dwayne N. Jackson, to discuss the art of managing post-workout nutrition. Not only do we talk about the composition of a healthy and productive post-workout nutrition strategy, but also the timing and subtleties around implementing your nutritional interventions in the best manner possible.
