We stayed up late to drink beer and record our Stage Zero show in almost live-like fashion last night. And wow, was that worth it! The experiment paid off with a real-time recap of the racers crossing the line AND some real-time commentary on our Dakar Fantasy Derby results!

Tomorrow starts the real racing action with over 600 KM of total route distance and over 350 KM of timed race special. That's a lot of time to lose on the track if any mistakes happen.

In true Dakar fashion, all of our in-show predictions have already changed with the organization throwing in the top riders being able to choose their start position from 1-28th place, instead of the 1-15th we're used to. More on this tomorrow for Stage 1's coverage.
