Creating a healthy sleep routine is often easier said than done. Especially when hormones don’t feel like playing along. From periods and pregnancy to menopause, there are a number of factors that influence the quality and quantity of women’s sleep. After spending years studying Integrative Sleep and neurology, Dr. Smita Patel dug up findings that she was more than happy to share on our podcast!
