Here, Tiara blends tried and true family recipes with Mexican ingredients and flavors, paying homage to the rich culinary tapestry of both her adopted home and her heritage.
But Tiara's story doesn't stop there. With roots in Portland, Oregon, and a transformative experience serving in the Peace Corps in Morocco, her culinary journey is a testament to the power of cross-cultural exchange and the universal language of food.
