In this episode, Brach was joined by Cole Nebeker (Training and Events Manager), Jeromy Stokes (Tech Support Manager), Dallan Labrum (Exec VP of Sales), and Tim Baker (Director of Operations) to talk all about ProdataKey’s unique approaches to tech support!

ProdataKey offers a variety of tech support resources to ensure that our partners have the tools they need to install and service PDK systems with confidence. Here are 5 types of support PDK provides: PDK Certification Course, Tech Support Live Chat + Call-In Line, Knowledge Base, and Sales Team.

PDK supports their partners every step of the way, starting with the PDK Certification Course. This course goes in-depth into every aspect of the PDK system and is designed to be completed on-demand and at your own pace. It gives integrators a good base of knowledge to start installing and troubleshooting PDK systems.

The PDK Sales team, whether a contracted rep, outside sales, or inside sales, are always available to help integrators create accurate bills of materials, assist with job walks, or anything else in the pre-build phase, to help ensure you have the right materials for every project.

The Knowledge Base or Online Help Center, available on support.pdk.io has a ton of documentation on how to install systems, troubleshooting methods, product specifications, helpful diagrams, and more. Integrators can quickly search the Knowledge Base to find the answers to essentially any question they have.

Lastly, integrators can contact PDK’s Live Chat, Call-In Line, and Emergency After-Hours Support Line. ProdataKey’s primary support channel is call-in support. Any integrator can call in to find immediate, personalized help from PDK’s knowledgeable support team.​​ The team strives to answer every call in 20 seconds or less, ensuring technicians can almost instantly find the guidance to resolve issues.
