Today we are joined by the lovely Sarah Walsh. Sarah joined me a few weeks ago when she was in hotel quarantine just after the Tokyo Paralympic Games. Sarah’s message is exactly what this podcast about and it was amazing to get to hear her story and the amazing opportunities sport has given her.
