Facing Trouble with Confidence
Welcome to the live stream worship service at Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church! Today, as we gather for the 26th Sunday after Pentecost, our focus turns to the challenges and troubles we face in this world and the hope we have in Christ's ultimate return.
Scripture Readings:
Daniel 12:1–3 – A prophecy of distress and the promise of resurrection.
Hebrews 10:11–25 – Jesus, our High Priest, offers us confidence to draw near to God.
Mark 13:1–8 – Jesus speaks of the signs of the end and calls us to trust in Him.
Theme: "Facing Trouble with Confidence in Christ"
While distress and conflict are part of the world’s story, today’s worship reminds us that Jesus, seated on high as our eternal High Priest, has made a way through every trial. As we wait for His glorious return, we are encouraged to hold fast to the hope He provides and to face the future with the confidence that His promises never fail.
