Deepa and I met at her Firewalking Instructor Training ... she touched my heart and now I am blessed to consider her a friend.

Yoga is not just my job but my life’s purpose. Deepa Sapra is a Yoga therapist. An American living in the UK. I’m married and have two beautiful children.
I’m originally from Queens New York, so not only can I teach Yoga, I can bring the sass and the gangster to my sessions. I keep you motivated and teach you about Yoga in a way that will make you think beyond physical exercise. It’s a spiritual journey, one that will invite you to connect to the Earth and your Soul.
