Today I am sharing with you how I have been lying to myself about some of my health-related habits. I have gained a few pounds, I have been bloated, and just don’t feel like myself. After I complained to my husband about “doing everything right and still gaining weight,” I realized that I was lying to myself.
I decided to do a full assessment on myself, just like I do with a client, and I found 7 areas where I was not doing as well as I had been. Then, I got to work and created a plan to get back on track!
Today I will share with you what I’m doing to get back on track and I’ll share with you 4 areas where people tend to deceive themselves when it comes to eating healthy, moving, and taking care of stress.
