As the second wave of covid-19 rages on, Meditation practices are becoming more widespread in the world because of their positive impact on the brain and mind.
To take the initiative, a virtual Breathing session was organized by CT Public School on 23rd May, 2021, that aims to provide the much-needed spiritual and emotional comfort in these times of abject fear, grief, and uncertainty.
The resource person Mr. Arjun Gaur, an International Life Strategist, Author, and Founder at Lifez Honour India, has put together a special set of breathing exercises and meditations that would boost lung capacity, improve immunity and provide deep relaxation to the mind.
He taught that mindfulness practices can result in improved physical and psychological health, behavioral/self-regulation, interpersonal relationships, and work performance.
