FLCL is a landmark in the anime world. It serves as a launching point for well loved Studio Trigger titles that came after including one we loved in camp Shmanime – Kill La Kill. This show is a roller coaster that is all over the map, but it is clearly a free expression of the unbound imagination and artistry of it's creators. It's a show that doesn't take itself seriously which allows the viewer to take every wild idea at face value. It's clunky and janky in a lot of ways, but it's too fun not to enjoy. Drive your Vespa to your friends house and smoke them in the head with your Rickenbacker bass and then watch FLCL and then watch us chat about it!
