Erika Buenoventura, the South Florida Regional Director at ProVisors, joins Access Your Leadership to share her journey from Peru to the U.S. and from strong individual contributor to being a leader of leaders. She talks about her move to the U.S. at the age of 12, her parents’ work ethic and her own leadership development that’s led her to where she is today.
