Plants are a powerful source of healing and this week, host Lindsay DeLong sits down with a woman who has experienced their benefits both in her personal and professional life. Alison Burgos is the co-founder of SEED Food & Wine festival, a week-long celebration that highlights the benefits of plant-based living, wellness, and wine (for obvious reasons).
